Shipping and Delivery

How long will it take to receive my item?

All orders are created just for you! With on-demand production, everything is made to order, creating less waste than conventional manufacturing. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be shipped. After your item(s) have been processed, you will receive a tracking code and approximate shipping times are as follows:

  • United States: Avg. 5 - 7 business days (after fulfillment).
  • Canada: Avg. 5 - 7 business days (after fulfillment). 
  • Australia & New Zealand: Avg. 10 - 12 business days (after fulfillment).
  • Rest of the world: Avg. 8 - 12 business days (after fulfillment).

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do! Except to some countries due to Covid-19 measurements. 

Will I be charged for customs and import?

Import fees vary widely across the world.
We are required by law to state the full value of your order for customs purposes. Kaomoji is not responsible for the custom charges and duties you may be subject to.

I didn't receive a confirmation mail of my order.

Make sure to check your spam folders.
If you really don't have it, it could be that you provided an incorrect e-mail address. Occasionally, our system may also fail to send out the order confirmations.

Please send us an e-mail via our Contact form or at support@kaomoji.co, with your name and e-mail address that you provided in the checkout.

We will check your e-mail address and resend the order confirmation to you.

I've added a wrong shipping address, what do I do?

Fill in our Contact form or send us an e-mail at support@kaomoji.co describing the issue, and include the correct shipping address.
If your order has not been processed yet, we will adjust the address for you.
Unfortunately we can not change it if it has already been shipped.

How can I cancel my order?

Fill in our Contact form or send us an e-mail at support@kaomoji.co with your order number. If your order has not been shipped yet, we'll immediately refund it for you.

How do I return or exchange?

Fill in our Contact form or send us an e-mail at support@kaomoji.co with your order number first to confirm the appropriate action to take.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the original purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange. Exchanges for a new size can be made once upon request. Returns or refunds can only be issued if you received wrong or damaged items. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All orders of sale items are final.
